Schedule for moving to the reservations of accommodation for the academic year 2026/2027

Students accommodated in the dormitories of the Technical University of Liberec in the academic year 2025/2026 who have been assigned accommodation for the academic year 2026/2027 and want to move to the reserved room may do so on the following dates:

Monday, 31 August 2026 – Thursday, 3 September 2026

08:00 – 14:00

Friday, 4 September 2026

08:00 – 12:00

Important information

• Moving to the reserved room is only possible after prior agreement with the Accommodation Office.
• Students must settle all liabilities related to accommodation before moving.
• The move will take place according to operational possibilities and accommodation capacities.
• Students are obliged to leave the original room in proper condition.
• Keys from the original room must be returned immediately after moving.
• The Accommodation Office reserves the right to change the assigned room due to operational reasons.
